Generate Health continued building trust, strengthening relationships, and creating multiple ways for families, residents, providers, and partners to participate in maternal and infant health transformation.

Advocacy, Storytelling & Racial Equity

Generate Health helped convene and participate in major maternal health efforts, including statewide summits, MOM(nibus) Steering Committee sessions, and ongoing CRIS partner engagement.

Through 2BHeard and related maternal health storytelling efforts, Generate Health elevated lived experience as a source of insight, learning, and accountability.

Community members and partners shared that they felt heard, seen, and moved by the experience. Others noted that the work helped increase awareness of maternal health risks, strengthen confidence in starting important conversations, and support families in recognizing potential complications and responding quickly.

This is what it means to give data a face.

Resource Distribution & Family Support

cribs distributed to support safe sleep

period supply kits distributed to promote dignity and well-being

diapers distributed to families and community-facing partners

Generate Health continued meeting urgent family needs while also working toward long-term systems transformation. Families need resources now. Systems also need to become more coordinated, more accountable, and more responsive to the realities Black families face.

Data, Evaluation & Learning

Generate Health is entering a new phase of community-centered evaluation and learning.

Our future work will strengthen how we track partner engagement, care coordination outcomes, training impact, community education, and shifts in awareness, trust, and action.

This work will help Generate Health and our partners better understand what is changing, why it matters, and where systems need to respond differently.

Where We Go From Here

As we continue anchoring our future, Generate Health will focus on three priorities:

Strengthening community-centered evaluation and learning
Using data, lived experience, and systems-level insight to better understand impact and guide decision-making.

Deepening coordinated care and partner capacity
Investing in the relationships, tools, and shared practices that help partners serve families more effectively.

Translating community voice into institutional and policy change
Ensuring the experiences of Black mothers, birthing people, and families inform what systems measure, fund, and change.

Anchored in Community. Moving Toward Zero Disparities.

In 2025, Generate Health continued building the relationships, infrastructure, and shared accountability needed to advance Black maternal, infant, and family well-being.

The numbers tell one story. The relationships, stories, and shared action behind the numbers tell another.

Together, they show that Generate Health is not only responding to urgent needs. We are helping build the conditions for a stronger, more responsive ecosystem of care — one where community truth leads, partners move together, and systems are held accountable for change.
