The Maternal, Child and Family Health Coalition seeks nominations of individuals and organizations making significant contributions as leaders and advocates for mothers and babies. As a key partner in the maternal and child health community, you can identify people or organizations that have been exemplary in advancing the health of women, children and families in the
St. Louis Region.
Awards in 3 categories will be presented on October 8, 2015 at the Chase Park Plaza during the
Standing Up for Mothers and Babies Awards Dinner:

- Dr. Corinne Walentik Provider
- Alderman Gregory Carter Community Champion
