Racial Equity Learning Exchange (RELE) Session

The RELE Sessions help interested parties work toward achieving specific goals and objectives using racial equity as its template. RELE Sessions℠ provide various stakeholders with learning opportunities that help acknowledge and appropriately factor in how race continues to impact outcomes and opportunities for families and communities. During the course of one day, participants will experience a safe and non-judgmental learning environment that exposes them to: 1) concepts and frameworks about how the issues of race, poverty, and systemic responses intersect to perpetuate structural racism and racial disparities; and 2) opportunities to begin practicing how to engage in safe but courageous conversations using racial equity as a framework to further support the agency’s overall mission and priorities.
