Standing Up For Black Mothers and Babies was created to shine a spotlight on inspiring efforts of local leaders to improve maternal and child health, and has become the premier celebration of racial equity-centered maternal and child health in St. Louis. This year’s in-person event seeks to build community among individuals and organizations that share a commitment to racial justice in maternal and infant health while inspiring attendees by the accomplishments of the award recipients and promoting the mission of Generate Health.
We look forward to featuring our community partners with interactive opportunities for engagement throughout the event with ample networking time from 4 – 5:30 with appetizers and drinks being served. This event is family friendly and will also include child-friendly activities and non-alcoholic drinks.
